The saints bring peace into our life

When a community was threatened in the past they prayed in church together.
God bestowed his power on people who help the community to defeat evil.
The people of Orleans went into church when they were threatened by the English. The Black Madonna was their intercessor and carried their prayers to God. Joan of Arc was the child of the prayers.
Saint are the spiritual children of our prayers. The society we live  has lost faith in the saints. We have replaced the saints by idols who focus on their own self. They do not lead us to God.
The saints are true helpers. We need to open our minds to let them into our life. Then meditate on them. Their spirit will come into our life and guide us,
Saints like  to work slowly. By inviting a saint in your life you have an insurance against misfortune. The saint is guiding your life in a way that you are less likely to get into troubles. Accident happen when people are distressed.  A saint prevents you from accidents. He will bring peace into your life.

The love of a Saint

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant. Love is like a saint who cares about us and Jesus Christ.

Saint George and the guardian of a higher consciousness

Your soul is like a compass showing you the way to God. It is the treasure lying in you much more precious than all the gold in the world because it shows you the way to eternal life. A treasure is so precious to us because we think about the freedom it can buy. To find your soul is the key to freedom. The early Christians found the key to heaven. The wind of times has buried the key in the deep grounds of the sea of death.
The people of the middle ages perceived dragons as evil. The early middle ages was breathing the pure air of the gnostic gospel. The gospel which allows you to find your soul and to embark on the search of God. The imaginary of the gospel was mixing with the breath of the soul sailing across the ocean of life to the island of Avalon.
They were following the path of Saint George fighting the dragon. The dragon was the evil force. The dragon was the enemy of the woman. The woman is Mary who gave birth to Jesus Christ. She took their souls to a higher consciousness. She was the queen of heaven and queen of the angels.
Feelings are memories of the soul encountered through the travel of times to find God. Saint George initiated people into a higher consciousness.
People found their souls in the paintings of the gospel. The passion of Christ opened the door to their souls.
The dragon kills empathy. Empathy is he enemy of the devil. Feeling with other humans stops his evil empire to grow. The devil separates us from God. The severance of God makes us vulnerable to sufferance.
Innocent human beings who are killed  are martyrs. The earth is soaking in the blood of the martyrs.
The soul is with God but the dragon has no soul. That is why he kills innocent people. He has no access to the higher world of God.
The devil is a reptile. Reptiles are detached from each other. The snake lays eggs and disappears. The female reptile has no connection to its children. She is detached and kills her own children.
Divine consciousness cannot grow in the spirit of reptiles. That is why the bible put the snake diametrically opposite to Mary. Mary crushes the snake under her foot. Mary initiates us into a higher consciousness. She cares and nourishes the soul. She raises the creation of God to a higher level into the spiritual world.
War is the spirit of the dragons. Hate divides us and takes away the empathy of Mary which unites us.
The doors of heaven are shut for the devil. The devil tailspins to the bottom of the sea of death. So is our soul if we get caught by the devil. We loose our freedom and become slaves of a dictator.  Because of his power, the devil drags the whole earth downwards against the higher feelings of Mary. He strikes her heels but Mary crushes his head.
The devil's power is strong and his power vibrates sharply through the universe. Mary's power is love and gentle and flows through the universe like a wave.
God has made an end to the empire of the dragons to let us enjoy higher consciousness and freedom. he has sent the archangel Michael to kill the dragon. Saint George is the perception of the archangel Michael who fight evil within to open the doors to a higher consciousness.
The rituals of Christmas and Easter are acts of purifications to get our souls into the  state of angels and obtain pure consciousness to follow Jesus Christ. There is no time and space only feelings.
The feelings of our soul on its travel to find God. Divine tears are the tears of the compassion of Mary with Jesus Christ when he died for us on the cross. In Christ we find higher consciousness as he is the martyr of martyrs.

Saint George and the Merowingian

King Clovis who united all the Frankish tribes under one ruler is the founder of the Merovingian dynasty which ruled the Franks for more than two centuries. His wife erected Altars to Saint George.
Pope Leo II built a Church in Rome which was known as the Church of St. George and St. Sebastian.
Saint Bede the Father of English history and Doctor of the Church mentioned Saint George in Ecclesiastical History in 7 AD.

The Guardians of the Holy Spirit

There are a lot of similarities between the archangel Michael and Saint George. The archangel Michael is the archetype of revelation 12 about the woman and the dragon. Revelation confronts us with the creation of the psychic cosmos reflecting on us. There is a life behind life. A death behind death. Something which makes the body move and moving us. A dark power which drags us down. We need to free us from this dark power so our soul can rise to heaven.
Souls are interacting in a parallel universe where they lived in other forms as angel and demons.
These angels and demons emanated from an other parallel universe higher above. It is like being surrounded in darkness during night. We know that there will be a morning. They fell from the sparks of God.
God is the source everything comes from. Everything which fell from God can go back to God.  It is the spirit which makes the body. The body does not make the spirit.  There is light which will break  darkness in the early morning. We might wake up in the middle of the night. The shadows of our enemies are closing us in. They rise like dragons and threaten to crush us. We are alone in this cold world. Then there comes light. Warmth. Darkness breaks. The dragons escape. They escape from this all powerful light which is God. We feel a vibrant light in the middle of the night and it is not the sun. It is God and his angels which come to rescue us from the shadows of evil. God shines through the from high above. The cosmic fight unravels in our hearts.  We have been involved in this battle otherwise we would not be affected by it.
We used to walk the planets as angels and we were taken away from God by demons. But our soul still lives in God and wants to get in touch with him. The love of God is the strongest love there is. It can pierce through all the layers of the parallel universe to go back to the source of love like the voice of a baby whale who seeks its lost mother.
God has created the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is love. This encompasses the whole creation. We are all longing for the love of God. All creatures are on a pilgrimage to God.
The earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
The spirit of God is the heart of Saint George and Saint Michael. The spirit of God is awesome. So powerful. It wants to bring all creation back to love. Before that can happen the creatures need to acquire gnosis. The gnosis is given by the Holy Spirit.
Mary is a vessel of the Holy Spirit. The spirit escapes the doom of the material world via the transcendent knowledge of the divine spark of the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit was hovering over the oceans and saving God's creatures from darkness. The souls, the sparks of God. We carry the spark of God in us.
Saint Michael and Saint George are the guardians of the Holy Spirit. The guardian of the Arc of the Covenant which is Mary. She transcends the spirit to the higher knowledge of God. The dragons are the demons of old which were wiped out by God but come back and poison our minds which dark knowledge. Alchemistic knowledge which harms the earth and bring darkness. These  forces want to drag us back into the ocean to fight us but the Holy Spirit will protect us.
Time will start at zero. Just a second before it was the oldest time midnight. Does time matter for God? For God only creation matters. Time is a means of counting God's creation. God has created the cosmic time and only he knows when the time of the last judgement comes.
Everything starts from the beginning and the spirit of God will hoover over the water again as their is not time. Only feeling. The feeling of being united with God.
Where is our soul in the hour of midnight? The stage of the last judgment. When Jesus Christ appears with the archangel Michael and the army of angels surrounding them. Where is our soul then. Have we reached gnosis? Have we learnt that the highest love is the love of God.

The secrets of Saint George

Luke 8:10
He said, "The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables, so that, "'though seeing, they may not see; though hearing, they may not understand.'
Jesus Christ conveyed the secret knowledge to the disciples and the Saints. Jesus Christ showed his disciples that he is not fighting flesh but spirit. The spirit of the demons which wants to disconnect us from God. God is the spiritual shield. If we lose his protection we will lose the battle for the earth. God will always give us opportunity to be connected to him We are his children. He loves us so much that he sent his only son, Jesus Christ and Mary on earth. If we are connected to Jesus and Mary we are connected to God.
Saint George lived in a very brutal time. Diocletian, the roman emperor, killed thousands of Christians. The early Christians possessed divine knowledge which made the Romans Empire obsolete. Diocletian with so many godless people opened the star gates of hell. He released the demons. Jesus Christ had opened the star gates of heaven. The angels of God were taking on the demons.
The three riders of the apocalypse were roaming the earth murdering people and looting their homes. The dragon which has been casted into hell was released from hell.  He wanted to kill the virgin, the divine feminine which communicates between us and God through our emotions. The Beatitudes lies in the heart of our emotions. The Beatitudes is the spiritual fabric of Jesus Christ and God. God is love. The death of the divine mother is the end of the world. If she dies in us our spiritual life dies too. God becomes an empty vessel if we are not connected to him with our feelings.
Saint George slayed the dragon who attacked the divine mother, Mary; the virgin and transmitter of our feelings to God. It is important that we keep this guardian of the holy spirit in us. It is important to keep SAINT GEORGE in our memory.

Miracles of St. George to Muslims at Koundouna

Miracles of St. George to Muslims at Koudouna

Miracles of St. George to Muslims at Koudouna
This historic Monastery of Saint George Koudounas, on Prince's Island outside of Constantinople, was according to tradition built by the Byzantine Emperor Nikephoros Phokas in 963 AD. A miracul...ous icon of St. George was brought here from the Monastery of Peace, which was founded by Emperor Justin II, in Athens at that time.

The Monastery was later sacked in the Fourth Crusade. Then in 1302 the pirate Giustiniani plundered all the buildings and monasteries of the island. Not wanting their holy icon stolen by the Franks, the monks hid the icon under the earth and place the holy altar above it. The miraculous icon however was lost for many years.

Later, St. George appeared to a shepherd in a dream and told him where to find his icon. When he approached the area, he heard the ringing of bells, and having unearthed the icon, found it decorated with bells. This is the source behind the epithet "Koudouna" which means "bells". The Monastery was later attached to Hagia Lavra in Kalavryta, and eventually to the Patriarch of Constantinople. The current church was built in 1905.

The miracles of the Saint are many, not only towards Christians [Romans], who approached always with great reverence (in olden times there wasn't a Christian family which had not visited Koudouna at least once a year), but towards everyone without exception, who approach his grace with faith. Thus there is a great mass of people who come from other faiths from throughout Turkey. The pilgrims number about 250,000 a year, the majority being Turks. The great iron gate of the Monastery, as we learn from its engraving in Greek and Turkish, was offered from the Muslim Rasoul Efenti, as a gift of gratitude towards the Saint for the healing of his wife.

On April 23rd, in other words the day when the Saint is honored and the Monastery celebrates, tens of thousands of pilgrims arrive, not only from Constantinople but from other cities, to venerate the Great Martyr and to seek help in their problems. Roughly all of these pilgrims are from other faiths. Many will return later to thank St. George, who heard their prayer and granted their desire, bringing the indispensable oil for his vigil lamp. You hear with passion how he healed this person's son, how another became a mother after being barren for many years, how a third acquired a house, etc.

The Monastery also celebrates on the feast of Saint Thekla, and on this feast about 10,000 Muslims visit the Monastery seeking the prayer of Saint George.

(For the full history of this Monastery with many pictures, visit this site.)

Muslim Vows

Some come barefoot up the hill which takes about 30 minutes to climb to the Monastery, others come with offerings of oil, candles, and sugar so that their lives may be sweet. Some do not speak as they climb up to the Monastery until they kiss the icon of St. George. They follow the services with hands lifted in the air holding lit candles. They ask priests for antidron to bring home with them for a blessing. They have great faith and respect for Orthodoxy.

On September 24 I witnessed at 6:00 AM four modern looking Turkish girls approaching the Monastery. I asked them for what purpose they came. They responded: "Faith in the Saint brought us here. It doesn't matter that we are Muslims. We prayed that he would help us. We have heard so much about the Monastery."

Oral came from Smyrna in order to venerate the Saint with her vow. She brought three bottles of oil. When I asked why she, as a Muslim woman among the thousands, visit the Orthodox Monastery, she responded: "It is not forbidden by anyone for us to believe in Saint George. Religions have one common agreement, the one and only God. We could be hiding within us a christian."

Of the many interviews I conducted that day with Muslims, the responses were basically the same.

A different answer was given by Antil however. He said: "Life in Turkey is difficult. The people need something to give them strength. They have turned to religion. They have been bored by everything so they seek help elsewhere. Why not Saint George?"

And one Turkish newspaper reported: "Saint George has distributed hope to the suffering."

Testimonies of Monks From the Monastery

Hieromonk Ephraim of Xenophontos, who has lived for three years at “Koudouna”, is astonished with the faith of the thousands of Muslims who visit the monastery. "These people live with their heart", he affirms, "Because faith is the sight and the strength of the heart, for this reason they can and they do experience our Saints."

Monk Kallinikos of Xenophontos, who serves as a priest, relates: "We are astonished with that which occurs here. Many times we see people who find the Lord with the faith of the Roman centurion." To our question if the Saint responds to the supplications of the thousands of pilgrims, he replied: "During my three years here, we ourselves are witnesses of miracles, such as the healing of paralytics, mutes, and the giving birth to children."

We asked the monks at St. George to comment about their stay in Turkey, and they told us: "All of their behavior is perfect. From the highest ruler, to the lowest, they treat us with such respect that many times we wonder which would be better, to live in Christian Greece or Muslim Turkey. We should tell you that we go everywhere with the monastic dress and our experiences have always been positive.

Thus, St. George has become a place of worship for thousands of atheists, Christians, Jews, and especially Muslims, who with every means come to the island and bring their tamata (vows), and place them before the Saint, as they place their hopes in him. And the Saint shows that he does not judge and 'imparts healing' to every faithful person."

Miracles:

The Sick Turkish Woman

A Turkish woman from Levkochori had a serious health problem. She had heard a lot about St. George and wanted to come [venerate], but they did not let her come into the church because she was Turkish. But this didn't deter her from remaining outside the church the whole night. In the morning they gave her holy oil from the vigil lamp of the Saint and she became well. After this, her husband gave many gifts to the church.

St. George Saves a Young Muslim Girl

A Muslim woman with her mother were taking a taxi for a long trip. The Muslims, as is well known, respect St. George very much.

On the road the taxi driver abandoned the proper course and began to show a threatening attitude towards the girl—the women apparently were praying—and at some point the taxi driver stopped the car and attempted to rape the girl. Immediately a police officer on horseback appeared, who ordered the taxi driver in a very powerful manner to the nearest police station. He went full of fear with the policeman, and the policeman on horseback went with him to the station, and issued a complaint for attempted rape. He signed the police book and left. When the taxi driver later came out of the interrogation, they looked in the book and said to him:

“There is no hope for you to escape! Do you know who brought you here?” Saint George

Note: These and similar miracles and sentiments do not at all vindicate the false religion of Islam, nor the terrible actions of some Turks against Christians, but the faith and love of some simple Muslims towards Christ and His Saints. Similarly, Christ found in the Roman Centurion greater faith than any in Israel (Matthew 8:10). And often, this presence of the Holy Spirit out of love not only acts to heal the bodies of non-Orthodox, but more crucially the souls, as many later embrace the light and are baptized Orthodox. May Christ grant us all repentance, that we all may be saved, and come to the knowledge of the Truth. St. George the Trophy-bearer, intercede for us all and help us! Amen.

More can be read here about Muslims at Koudouna.

Why Do Muslims Venerate Saint George? According to Archimandrite Damianos, overseer of the Holy Sepulchre, there are three reasons: "1. His green garments, which for Muslims represents "life" and for which reason they call him "the Green One"; 2. Because many Muslims hear about and experience his miracles; 3. Because as a Trophy-bearer with a cape and sword he inspires a certain amount of fear and respect."

It is because of the great respect for St. George that none of the Orthodox churches dedicated to him in Turkey have been demolished, as well as churches dedicated to the Theotokos who also is greatly respected by Muslims.
